It handles file merging, applies oscillation weights and corrections, and integrates ML-based NNFit reconstructions for analysis. KM3TPI - Tree-based Particle Identification The module being developed to become KM3NeT's standard data-processing and machine-learning pipeline - converting ROOT/DST files into ML-ready Parquet datasets and training XGBoost-based particle identification classifiers, for use on a computing cluster or locally. Tau Appearance Measurement This analysis investigates tau neutrino appearance from atmospheric neutrino oscillations using ANTARES. It evaluates reconstruction algorithms, implements quality cuts, and uses a profile likelihood approach to assess sensitivity to the νμ→ντ oscillation channel.
